| Big Cedar Lodge was previously administering payroll through a corporate umbrella program with Ceridian. As we were not the primary users, we had many restrictions in our capabilities to conform the system to our specific needs. When we had the opportunity to go independent from our former system, Abra was one of the first products that we explored due to previous knowledge of its’ capabilities and ease of use as referred from some professional acquaintances. After contacting Abra for information, I understand that they referred you to contact us.
You and your team proceeded to work with us to determine our needs and then to establish a complete implementation plan which included training, installation (with set-up) and ongoing support. The entire process for the Abra system was impeccably carried through and you have spoiled us as to our level of expectation for other software support vendors. All of your team members have been a real pleasure to work with!

| We recently engaged the services of i.c. bleu, inc., to assist and guide our company in converting our human resource and payroll software, AbraSuite by Best Software, Inc., from four (4) employers to a single employer. We had carried the multiple employer configuration over from when we had first begun using, the DOS version, of Abra HR Software more than ten (10) years ago.
We could not be more satisfied with the results.
We began doing our payroll in-house in January 2001, just HR prior to that, and in June 2002 came to the conclusion that maintaining the multiple employer configuration was creating a tremendous burden on our HR, Payroll, Accounting and IT staffs. The maintenance and updating of the various codes and rules for the multiple employers significantly slowed down the HR and Payroll functions. Since we had worked with Linda Hwang of i.c. bleu for some time for general troubleshooting and problem solving we contacted Linda to discuss our options.
From our initial conversation, to development of a detailed implementation plan, through the actual conversion, Linda's knowledge of the software, coupled with her understanding of our often unique needs, the conversion was completed without any disruption of our human resource and payroll operations. Concurrently, with the assistance of Bill Morrison, another i.c. bleu team member, we migrated AbraSuite to a Windows 2000 server environment. That, along with the conversion to a single employer, has greatly improved the time necessary to maintain the database and process the payroll.
We strongly recommend that any organization currently using, or considering acquiring, AbraSuite look to i.c. bleu as a support partner for the product. |

I have certainly gained a great deal from the conversion from our former payroll system to ABRA. With the help of i.c.bleu and Cathey Salome, the process was not only painless but even enjoyable--which was quite a feat, since we were forced to go live on short notice when our former payroll system died! In less than a week, believe it or not, we were up and running, producing paychecks that provided much more information to our employees than our former system. We went from absolutely no variety in reporting to multi-tasking ABRA, which allows exporting data to Microsoft Excel and sorting reports as needed. Tax deposits to two states and federal have become a breeze, as well as tracking benefit time and year-to-date figures. To i.c.bleu and Ms. Salome, I can only say a heart-felt thank you!
